Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a way to make logging in more secure. If this function is activated, you will receive a code on your mobile phone, which you must confirm when logging in. This makes unauthorized access to your betting account almost impossible, as the code must be entered in addition to the access data.
Please note: A new code is sent to your mobile phone every time you log in.
How can I activate/deactivate the two-factor authentication?
You can only activate the function if you are logged in. To do so, click on the small header symbol. A new window opens when you click on "Settings" at the bottom, then you can activate or deactivate "Two-factor authentication".
I no longer get a code sent to my mobile phone.
Sometimes it can happen that your mobile phone or the phone number to which the code was sent no longer exists. If the two-factor authentication is activated, but the code is not entered, then logging in is not possible. In this case, please contact our customer support via Live Chat or email. We will be happy to help you so that you can access your betting account again.
