This usually occurs when the funds are temporarily held by your bank or card issuer pending approval of the payments you made at BildBet.
If after 10 business days from the date of the declined transactions, the funds have not been returned to your account or are still showing as a debit on your statement, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation.
We will need the following information:
- Date and time of your transaction and the amount.
- Payment method card issuer, transaction reference number and any relevant account statements for that payment method showing that the payment was not credited.
