If you can't log in to your account, it's often because you entered the wrong username or password.

If your username is wrong

Especially if you have betting accounts with several providers, it can happen that you mix up the login data. If you are unsure of the username for your BildBet account, please contact us via Live Chat or email.

If you can't remember your password

You are sure that your username is correct but you still can't log in? Then maybe it's your password. If you can't remember your password, simply use the "Forgotten password" function to set a new one.

Click on "Login", followed by "Forgotten password" and follow the steps. You will usually receive an email resetting your password within a few seconds. If you still haven't received the email after 5 to 10 minutes, please check the following:

Correct email account

For security reasons, we will only send the password reset email to the email address associated with your account. This is based on your username and not the email address you enter under "Forgotten Details".

Correct username

Please double check that you have entered the correct username. Although you will see a notification on the screen that the email has been sent, you will not receive it because our system does not associate an incorrect username with your account.

Junk or spam folder

Depending on your email settings, it is also possible that the email has ended up in your junk or spam folder. Please check there before you try to reset your password again.
