When mistakes happen
Even if we would like to be, we are not perfect. We try to avoid mistakes, but sometimes things can go wrong. It is therefore even more important that you know what we do in such a case.
Therefore, we have prepared this overview for you. Further details can be found in our terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for any delays, errors or losses resulting from any interruption, failure, or malfunction
- of computer hardware or software,
- the Internet or
- other communications media or connections
for any reason.
We will, of course, make all reasonable efforts to remedy any such incident but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
If such an incident occurs, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to void any Transaction resulting from such incident.
Apparent odds error
An apparent odds error, also called a "palpable error", may be a system or technical error or an input error.
If we make an obvious error in the odds or condition of a bet, we will generally void the bet and inform you of this.
However, if the event has not yet started, we may at our discretion offer you the bet at the correct odds. If such an incident occurs, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine and void any Transactions resulting from such incident.
Live betting mistakes
Live bets are bets we offer during a match or competition. We will void and refund live bets that
- have been accepted after technical errors, postponements or the end of the event have occurred and become known;
- are affected by delays in updating the odds; or
- are subject to an obvious odds error.
Live Betting Interruptions - Scout/Feed Stream Outage.
If we are unable to offer bets until the end of an event, for example because the broadcast or scout stream is down, your previously accepted live bets will still be valid.
We will settle these as soon as the event has finished, and the corresponding result is known.
Any bets that we accept after the announced or official start time are called late bets and are void.
This does not apply to live bets placed during the event.
All information displayed for live betting, including videos, scoreboards, times etc. is a guide only. Live video broadcasts are often subject to delays which vary from customer to customer.
We do NOT use this information as a basis for settling bets and you should NOT use it as a basis for placing your bets.
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure that this information is correct, we cannot accept liability for it.
Re-settlement of bets
If there is an error in the settlement of your bet, we reserve the right to re-settle the bet at the correct odds or condition.
If you have a credit balance on your account (this also applies to several accounts held by you), we have the right to deduct a shortfall from this (regardless of whether or not there has been a breach of the terms and conditions). This applies not only when we re-settle bets, but also in the event of payment errors or outstanding credit limits.
Errors when using mobile devices
If you use our offer with your smartphone or tablet, we recommend that you
use Google Chrome as your browser for Android devices and an Android operating system of 4.3 or higher or
Safari as browser for iOS devices.
