If you have a negative balance on your BildBet account, there are usually one of two reasons:

1. There was a problem with your deposit. We have already credited your account with the deposit amount, but we have not yet received the money and you have already placed bets in the meantime.

2. There was an error in the settlement of the bets. We have mistakenly settled a lost bet as won and you have placed a bet with this won balance. By correcting the incorrect settlement of bets, you will have a negative balance.

In both cases, you have placed your bets at our expense and it is necessary for you to fund your account before you can place further bets.
