If your account is inactive for a period of at least 396 consecutive days, it will be considered a 'dormant account'. This means that you have not made any transactions or bets, gambled, or moved money for more than 396 consecutive days.
If your account has a balance, we will notify you in writing by email that your account has become inactive, and your balance will remain.
If you wish to reactivate your account after it has become inactive, you must contact us by emailing email@example.com.
