I have tried to reset my password but did not receive the email?
You will usually receive the password reset email within a few seconds. If you still haven't received the email after 5 to 10 minutes, please check the following:
Are you checking the correct email account?
For security reasons, we will only send the password reset email to the email address associated with your account. This will be based on your username and not the email address you enter under "Forgotten Details".
Did you enter the correct username?
Please check that you have entered your BildBet username and not the username for another account. You will still see the confirmation that we have sent an email, but you will not receive it as this username is not linked to your account in our system.
If you accidentally enter the username of another customer, they will receive an email, but you will not be able to reset their password.
Have you checked your junk or spam folder?
Depending on your e-mail settings, it is possible that the e-mail has ended up in the junk or spam folder. Please check there before you try to reset your password again.
